In order to return a product, you will need to contact us by phone 1-800-331-0441 or Email Within 3 days of receiving your order. We will exchange any UNUSED resalable item for another item of equal or value. You will be responsible for any price difference if the new item is of greater value than the exchanged item. If new item is of lesser value, the difference could be subject to a return fee. If return is due to an error on the part of Autoauthorityusa.com, we will arrange for return shipping for you. The customer will be responsible for shipping costs if the return is not due to an error on the part of autoauthorityusa.com. If the customer has ordered an incorrect part from autoauthorityusa.com, they may return the item so long as the guidelines of the return policy is met.

• All of the original parts, items, and original packaging should be returned.
• Written detailed information on what is wrong with the product should also be sent with the return.
• We cannot accept returns or refunds on custom made products.  
• When an item is shipped with Free Freight and the item(s) have to be returned. They will have actual shipping charges on the return, unless the item(s) is exchanged with a similar item(s). Non-exchanged item(s) will only be credited for difference after shipping charges are accessed.
• Any products refused upon delivery are subject to a return fee and the customer is responsible for shipping costs of the product both ways.
• No returns on items that have been installed.
• No returns on programmers or electrical items.
• All manufacturer warranties are the responsibility of the manufacturer.
• If your part arrives defective, you must make a claim with the manufacturer directly, in order to get the product replaced. You may call us to obtain a phone number for the manufacturer. By submitting your order, you are indicating that you have read and accept the terms of our return policy.
• The handling charge on the orders is non refundable.(not all orders have handling charges)
• Gift certificates cannot be refunded or canceled. Gift Certificates are not transferable.
• Items returned in poor condition or have missing parts will NOT be credited & may be returned to you at your expense.
• On all returns in which autoauthorityusa.com is not at fault, the customer will be responsible for shipping the part back to us, and there will be no return of freight on the order. Also, if item is being exchanged, customer will be responsible for freight charges to ship the replacement part to the customer.
• We may rebill your credit card on any return or credit card chargeback for the shipping and handling charge.

All returns without exchange are subject to a return fee 20% of the purchase price of the item returned, also all freight charges. Any order canceled is subject to the same return fee. In addition: NO returns or refunds on installed, custom made or used merchandise. All items are sold as is.

Most orders ship with in 1 to 7 days. Occasionally we experience delays due to product availability.  In the event of a delay that is not acceptable to the customer we will offer an exchange for another brand. If an exchange is not acceptable, a $25 cancellation fee will be charged.
